    Executive Driver

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly disciplined and security-conscious Executive Driver with vast years of experience providing secure transportation services to senior executives or high-profile individuals. The ideal candidate must have formal training in defensive and protective driving and a strong background in surveillance awareness and personal security.

    The role requires professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and the ability to assess and manage security risks while ensuring safe and efficient movement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide secure and professional transportation to senior executives.
    • Conduct route planning and risk assessments to ensure safe travel.
    • Maintain high situational awareness and monitor surroundings for potential security threats.
    • Implement defensive driving techniques at all times.
    • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
    • Perform daily vehicle inspection (fuel level, tires, brakes, engine oil, etc.).
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding movements and schedules.
    • Coordinate with security personnel when required.
    • Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
    • Respond appropriately to emergency situations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Driver 
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Formal training in defensive and protective driving (added advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of Lagos road network and traffic regulations.
    • Background in security services or law enforcement is preferred.
    • Physically fit and mentally alert.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
    • Good communication skills.

    Customer Success Officer - Call2fix

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Officer to drive user satisfaction, service excellence, and client retention on the Call2Fix platform.

    The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, artisans are properly coordinated, and users have a smooth and satisfactory experience from request to completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage incoming service requests via the Call2Fix app, phone, and other channels.
    • Ensure timely assignment and coordination of verified artisans.
    • Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up with customers after service completion to gather feedback and resolve concerns.
    • Escalate complex technical or operational issues appropriately.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
    • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management.
    • Support dispute resolution between customers and service providers.
    • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to improve service processes.
    • Identify recurring service issues and recommend improvement strategies.

    Qualifications

    • First degree in any related field
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, customer success, or operations (preferably in a service-based company).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
    • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service management tools.
