• Edit property videos, promotional videos, reels, walkthroughs, interviews, and corporate videos.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, professional, and visually appealing content.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Edit property walkthrough and virtual tour videos.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and branding elements.
• Ensure all videos follow ACE\'s brand identity and professional standards.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to develop content that supports sales objectives.
• Attend property shoots, events, site visits, and other company activities when required.
• Select the best footage and maintain an organized library of video assets.
• Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.
• Stay updated on current video trends, editing styles, and social media content formats.
• Make revisions based on feedback from management and the marketing team.
• Ensure videos are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Support the creation of creative campaigns designed to generate property leads and increase brand awareness.
