    Offshore Operations Planner

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Offshore Planner to join our client dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed schedules for offshore operations, ensuring resource optimization, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain accurate work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing downtime
    • Create and monitor project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop and manage detailed installation plans for offshore projects, ensuring timely execution of all phases
    • Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, and personnel for offshore installation activities.
    • Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained for offshore activities.
    • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the offshore oil and gas sector, with a demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
    • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.

    Cost Control & Claim Specialist - Offshore Installation

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Cost Control & Claim specialist to join our client dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective cost management, track financial performance, and handle claims related to offshore project delays or scope changes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
    • Manage the preparation and submission of claims related to project delays, changes, and unforeseen events, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner.
    • Provide accurate and timely cost reports, forecasts, and analyses to project management and key stakeholders, highlighting any variances or financial risks.
    • Review contracts to ensure financial obligations are met and handle change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and claimed.
    • Assess the financial implications of delays and other project disruptions, supporting the preparation of claims and mitigating risks.
    • Work closely with project engineers, procurement, and operations teams to resolve cost discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Maintain accurate records for cost tracking, claims, and project-related correspondence in line with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address and resolve cost-related issues and claim matters.
    • Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits to ensure transparency and compliance with financial standards.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience at least 6 years in cost control and claims management within offshore oil and gas projects.
    • Strong understanding of contract terms, project cost structures, and change order processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management and financial software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Oracle).
