Role Summary:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to support the ISP's services. This role involves ensuring optimal network performance, scalability, and security. The Network Engineer collaborates with the NOC, operations, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality internet and data services to customers while maintaining the integrity of the network.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, preferably within an ISP or telecommunications company.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IP networking, including IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Expertise in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, or PRTG.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

• The role requires a high level of coordination between technical teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• This position also involves risk management, resource allocation, and the optimization of project workflows to support the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• A certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within the telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (fiber optics, broadband, satellite communications, etc.) and experience with service deployments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Familiarity with networking technologies and infrastructure, such as fiber optics, broadband solutions, and related equipment.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and forecasting.
