    Network Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
    • Provide technical leadership in the development of network solutions.
    • Lead the resolution of complex network issues
    • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
    • Implement and manage advanced security measures to safeguard the organization's network.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Install and manage the CCTV Cameras.
    • Support and maintain the Solar and Inverter system
    • Conduct capacity planning to ensure the scalability and performance of the network infrastructure.
    • Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
    • Configure and set up the Access control Doors
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance network capabilities.
    • Lead the integration of new technologies into the existing network infrastructure.
    • Setup and manage the IP-PBX and Teleconference system
    • Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's technical skills.
    • Configure and manage the active directory users and computers.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and protocols.
    • Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
    • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate products, negotiate contracts, and obtain support when needed.
    • Manage server-client services, IP cameras, access doors, printers, desktop computers, laptops etc
    • Manage relationships with technology partners and suppliers.
    • Lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale IT initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Participate in strategic planning for the organization's IT infrastructure.
    • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, and the success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the banking sector.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to inform business development strategies.

    Client Acquisition and Retention:
