    Digital and New Media Marketer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing.
    • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
    • Develop creative and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, infographics, and videos.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
    • Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Planandexecuteemailmarketingcampaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis
    • Monitorandoptimizeemailperformancemetrics.
    • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the organization's website is optimized for user experience and searches.
    • Regularly update website content and monitor site analytics.
    • Plan, implemented, and optimized digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads.
    • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing reports.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, detailing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Foster online community engagement through social media interactions, online forums, and other digital channels.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and audience preferences in the digital landscape.
    • Stay informed about competitors' digital marketing strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and socialmediaanalytics.
    • Strongcreativeandanalyticalskills.
    • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with emerging trends in new media and digital marketing.

    SEO and SEM Performance:

    • Improvement in organic search rankings.
    • Increase in organic tract other website.
    • ROI on SEM campaigns.

    EmailMarketing:

    • Open rate and click-through rate of email campaigns.
    • Conversion rate from email marketing.
    • Growth in email subscriber list.

    WebsiteOptimization:

    • Improvement in website track and user experience metrics (bounce rate, session duration).
    • Increase in conversions from website visitors.
    • Website load time and mobile optimization metrics.

    Digital Advertising:

    • ROI on digital advertising campaigns.
    • Clickthrough rate (CTR) and conversion rate of ads.
    • Cost per acquisition (CPA) for digital ads.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Accuracy and time lines of performance reports.
    • Number of action able insights provided to stakeholders.
    • Improvement in KPIs based on reported insights.

    Community engagement:

    • Response time to social media comments and inquiries.
    • Increase in positive online interactions and community sentiment.

    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
