    Motion Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualization and Design:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of projects.
    • Transform creative briefs and concepts into compelling and innovative motion graphic solutions.

    Animation and Motion Design:

    • Create dynamic and engaging animations using industry-standard tools and software.
    • Develop visually appealing motion graphics for video intros, presentations, social media content, and other digital platforms.

    Storyboarding:

    • Develop storyboards and visual narratives to outline the flow and structure of motion graphic projects.
    • Ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including video editors, illustrators, and marketing professionals, to bring concepts to life.
    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve motion graphic designs.

    Quality Control:

    • Conduct quality checks on final output to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
    • Stay updated on design trends and techniques to maintain high-quality standards.

    Project Management:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
    • Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to convey complex concepts visually.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
