    Job Summary

    • The Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the palm oil mill, ensuring optimal production, quality control, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and oversee mill operations. Ensure optimal production levels, quality, and efficiency.
    • Monitor and control production costs. Develop and implement production schedules.
    • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment. Ensure plant reliability and uptime. Manage maintenance budget. Implement predictive maintenance programs.
    • Ensure quality of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PKO). Implement quality control procedures.
    • Monitor laboratory testing and analysis. Address quality issues.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implement environmental management systems.
    • Monitor and control waste management. Conduct risk assessments.

    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Oil Palm Milling Operations.
    • Professional certification in Certified Mill Manager (CMM), Certified Quality Manager (CQM).
    • Proven track records of improving mill efficiency and productivity.
