    Metallizer Operator

    Job Description:

    • Plan, monitor and handle Metallizer plant
    • Process knowledge of Metallizer
    • Planning of inventory of spares
    • knowledge in documentation
    • Record taking and keeping of material consumption rate
    • Installation of Metallizer & Having knowledge to run the m/c with all products
    • Ensure the smooth running of the machinery in plant and Maintain Production Targets.
    • Ensure to take corrective action and raise alarm to Metallizer charge during break
    • Responsible for filling up and maintaining record of log books
    • Ensure complete handover when shift over
    • Coordinate with other departments for any work assigned.
    • Supervision of Casual Labor.

    Housekeeping:

    • Ensure proper disposal of Metallizer waste
    • Ensure a clean working environment

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / BSc qualification
    • 8 - 10 years Experience working as a metallizer operator
    • Hands-on experience of Slitting / Metalizing
    • Able to solve problems / troubleshooting
    • Proficiency in Excel
