    Merchandiser

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills e.g. communication and people management skills
    • Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise.
    • Assisting with display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
    • Monitor store to ensure no expired items is displayed
    • Ensure the mall floor is clean and tidy daily.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, comfortable sales area and its environs
    • Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions
    • Make recommendations to customers when necessary.
    • Arrange merchandise (proper sizing, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.) in the stock tray in good order
    • Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
    • Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary)
    • Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy
    • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

    Inventory Assistant

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Periodically participates in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of records versus actual physical counts and assists in resolving discrepancies.
    • Ensure that the arrangement of goods is done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Also ensure that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
    • Supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily.
    • Ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking.
    • Keeping a close eye on the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse.
    • Prepare and submit inventory control reports to Inventory Manager.
    • Respond to enquiries regarding products and inventories.
    • Perform inventory control to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Maintain inventory reports according to standard documentation and archiving procedures.
    • Count and record merchandises received according to store policies.
    • Ensure that merchandises received are in accordance with purchase order specifications.
    • Investigate and report stock discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
    • Ensure efficient transfer of stock items to various locations using the company’s inventory software.
    • Assist in ensuring no more than 24 hours turnaround period between stock receipt, stock capture on system and stock shelf display at supermarket.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
    • Candidate must reside on the lagos island
    • Experience in retail supermarket /FMCG is an added advantage.

    Junior IT Support (Hardware)

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Operate as 1st point of contact for all users requiring ICT related assistance by receiving such request via emails, telephone, written forms or verbally.
    • Ensure that the cashier POS and computer systems are functional and set before the start of daily operations.
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
    • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
    • Replacing parts as required.
    • Provide feedback to users regarding new or outstanding requests
    • Provide ICT related advice and guidance to end users.

    Client Relationship Executive

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • The Client Service Executive will Interact with customers and provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. S/he will provide services to the customers before, during and after a purchase.
    • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services to customers.
    • Open, update and maintain customer’s account records from time to time.
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Ensure all displays have: Product name; Price, Selling type – portion/piece/weight.
    • Drive customer’s loyalty and relevant reward programmes
    • Ensure appealing composure to customers by providing quality, fresh products in a hygienic manner by self or through team members.
    • Ensure customers are always served in a pleasing manner
    • Ensuring better levels of commitment to serve customers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or any relevant Degree.
    • 3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Service representative in a retail store.
    • Experience in retail supermarket /FMCG is an added advantage.
    • Confident and dynamic personality.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans
    • To manage sales of the company’s products and services
    • Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business / sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
