Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to oversee in-store product presentation, customer engagement, and inventory flow in our electronics showroom.
• The ideal candidate will not only ensure attractive displays but also build customer relationships and drive sales through effective pitching and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain appealing product displays in the showroom
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Pitch products to walk-in customers and explain key features
• Negotiate and close sales with potential buyers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans
• Collaborate with sales team to align displays with sales targets
• Track product performance and report insights

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in retail merchandising or sales (preferably electronics)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate and communicate product value effectively
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
• Familiarity with electronic products is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and distribution.
• Monitor & evaluate the sales team's performance (Merchandisers) and provide feedback in a clean and structured report.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Developing sales strategies & identify new opportunities potential customers.
• Communication: Communicate sales strategies to the team, and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to upper management.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate lead.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Air Conditioning products & experience in sales/B2B.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Office, Powerpoint.
