    Job Summary

    • The Megastore Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of a large-format retail store.
    • The role focuses on driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision
    • Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
