Job Summary

• The Megastore Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of a large-format retail store.
• The role focuses on driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision
• Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Supervise, train, and develop store staff and team leads
• Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and retail regulations
• Prepare reports on store performance, staffing, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 4 – 6 years experience in retail management, preferably in a large store format
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
