    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all students, staff, and visitors. 
    • This role combines customer service excellence with administrative support, ensuring smooth front-office operations and clear communication across departments. 
    • The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and committed to creating a positive first impression in an academic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and stakeholders.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
    • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation.
