    Medical Sales Representative (Laboratory Equipment)

    The Medical Sales Representative (Laboratory Equipment) is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing laboratory equipment and consumables to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research institutions, and healthcare facilities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical product support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and research centers
    • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and equipment training for clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratory scientists, pathologists, procurement officers, and medical professionals
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
    • Provide after-sales support, including basic troubleshooting and customer follow-up
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
    • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field
    • Proven experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales (preferred)
    • Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and diagnostic processes
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
