    Media Production Specialist

    Summary

    • We are seeking a versatile and skilled Media Production Specialist to create engaging visual content for all of Euracare’s digital and print platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong eye for design and a passion for video production.
    • You'll be responsible for developing a wide range of visual assets, from social media graphics and website banners to promotional videos and internal communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Graphic Design: Design and create compelling visual content for our website, social media channels, email newsletters, presentations, and print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers).
    • Videography & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including patient testimonials, facility tours, promotional videos, and educational clips for social media and our website.
    • Branding & Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with Euracare’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look and feel across all platforms.
    • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop visual content strategies that support our marketing campaigns and business goals.
    • Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of our facilities, staff, and events as needed for marketing purposes.
    • Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
    • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design software, video production techniques, and digital trends to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

    Requirements

    • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: At least 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
    • Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio for video production. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
    • Creativity & Vision: A creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually stunning and effective content.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and take direction.
    • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all final products are polished and error-free.

    Salary

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities
    Digital Campaign Execution:

    • Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Manage ad budgets, keyword strategies, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

    Social Media Management:

    • Schedule and publish regular content across platforms
    • Optimize content performance through hashtags, timing, audience targeting, and engagement tactics.
    • Collaborate with the marketing officer for storytelling and campaign launches.

    SEO & Website Oversight:

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content (meta tags, headings, alt text, etc.).
    • Monitor technical SEO elements (page speed, indexing, mobile responsiveness).
    • Coordinate with developers to implement web updates, landing pages, or patient tools.

    Email & WhatsApp Marketing:

    • Create automated and segmented campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
    • Manage WhatsApp Business campaigns for appointment reminders, educational tips, and patient engagement.
    • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions; suggest improvements based on performance.

    CRM Management:

    • Maintain and segment patient databases for targeted communications.
    • Work with the operations team to ensure patient journey flows are reflected in the CRM.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards from Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant platforms.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and patient acquisition.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
    • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
    • Proven skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation tools, and CRM systems.

    Marketing and Content Specialist

    Job Description

    • The Marketing and content specialistwill play a central role in bringing Euracare’s brand to life through integrated content, campaign execution, public relations, events, and coordination of all advertising channels.
    • This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders, develop compelling messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Development & Messaging:

    • Write high-quality, patient-friendly content for the website, social media, newsletters, brochures, blogs, doctor profiles, and internal communication.
    • Develop scripts, talking points, and narratives for video content, interviews, and patient education campaigns.

    Content Strategy and Calendar Management:

    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with Euracare’s brand voice and business goals.
    • Plan, schedule, and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.

    Community Engagement:

    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a professional and empathetic manner, fostering a positive and interactive online community.

    Website Content Management:

    • Regularly update website content to ensure it is fresh, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

    Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Support development and rollout of multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the digital and creative teams.
    • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables for campaigns.
    • Track campaign results and contribute to post-campaign reviews.

    Doctor & Department Coordination:

    • Build strong relationships with doctors and department heads to identify marketing opportunities, patient stories (with consent), and updates.
    • Schedule content interviews, coordinate input from medical teams, and manage internal approvals.

    PR & Media Relations:

    • Draft press releases and coordinate outreach to media outlets, including arranging interviews and providing background materials.
    • Build and maintain a network of healthcare and lifestyle media contacts.
    • Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts as needed.

    Event Management:

    • Plan and coordinate hospital-hosted events such as screenings, awareness campaigns, open days, and partner activations.
    • Manage logistics, collateral, invitations, vendor coordination, and event-day execution.
    • Capture feedback, document results, and support post-event reporting.

    Strategic Input:

    • Support quarterly marketing planning and annual campaign roadmap development.
    • Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring.
    • Suggest ideas for outreach campaigns, partnerships, and community health initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work, preferably in the healthcare or a related industry.
    • Healthcare Knowledge: A solid understanding of medical terminology and the ability to simplify complex health concepts for a lay audience.
    • Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and style.
    • Social Media Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and content best practices.
    • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
    • Research Skills: Strong research abilities to gather credible information from reputable sources.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools and basic SEO principles is a plus.

    Salary
