Responsibilities

• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports.
• Create contents and edit for errors.
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
• Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
• Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
• Lead the marketing and public relations staff.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
• Proofread and confirm all content with Management before releasing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Must be social media savvy and outspoken.
• Content writing and development skill is a must.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• The candidate should reside in Lagos.
• Must be willing to travel.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.

• B.Sc in Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum of 2.1 from a tertiary institution.
• The candidate should be an outstanding leader in Business Development/Marketing
• Highly experienced in structure, operation, and management of Multi-level marketing/ Network marketing platforms
• Experienced in developing, managing, and coordinating multiple locations across the country
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• A motivator and orator
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG is an added advantage
• The candidate should reside in Lagos
