Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and building services.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software.
• Knowledge of local engineering codes, safety standards, and quality regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• COREN registration or progress toward certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site and supervise technical staff as needed.

Requirements
Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng/B.Tech) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Certifications:

• COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) certification is required.
• Membership with NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) is an added advantage.
• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance (preferably within the construction, real estate, or manufacturing sectors).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant electrical design software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
