    Materials Lead

    Main Functions

    • The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance manual or computerized
    • records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.
    • Monitor and oversee the transport of materials from one department to another.
    • Manages and ensures arrangement for repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials, equipment or parts.
    • Any additional activities as directed by the Project Manager and Site Manager required to support delivery.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience in materials management preferred
    • Bachelors’ or Master’s degree required
    • General knowledge of industry equipment and materials with ability to positively identify components.
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools
    • Extensive knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant
    • Knowledgeable of quality control systems and procedures.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access or equivalent programs.
    • Work experience in Oil and Gas industry

    Project Information Management (PIM) Lead

    Main Function

    • The Project Information Management (PIM) Lead is accountable for planning and execution for all aspects of Project Information Management (PIM) within the project.
    • The PIM Lead also provides Leadership that guides the Project Team and FEED/Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractors to ensure compliance with Contracts and Company Project Information Management standards across all project Phases (front end engineering design (FEED), EPC, Turnover, and Handover).
    • The PIM Lead works to ensure requirements are planned, delivered, and communicated across all project life-cycle phases, through to Handover to Operations and stewards Company Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (UDOCS) and Roll-Out Project Information Management expectations.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Develop and Maintain the Information Management Plan, and supporting procedures, templates and guidelines
    • Interface with Project Information Management Advisor and stake holders to ensure Company Expectations are met including overall strategy, staffing plan and resources to support the plan (e.g. roles and responsibilities, activities, training, related specifications and procedures, check lists, databases, central files,user guides, etc.)
    • Champion and coordinate Company Project Information Management standards
    • Assure Project Information is timely controlled, accessible and current at all project locations
    • Review standard contracting, procurement and project management documents and procedures to ensure they include clear communication of Information Management and Document Control standards and requirements
    • Ensure Project Team EDMS is effectively utilized to support project execution, Commissioning, Start-Up and Operations
    • Ensure Master Document Register (MDR), Supplier Master Document Register (SMDR), and Document
    • Distribution Matrix (DDM) requirements are implemented and maintained
    • Coordinate Information Technology (IT) issues associated with establishing the Project Information
    • Management System and related IT databases and tools
    • Maintain Information Management processes including performance measurements, reporting and assessment of Contractors IM (Information Management) /DFO and determine gaps/recommendations
    • Until the Project Documents For Operations (DFO) Coordinator position is staffed, provide DFO planning and act as the primary contact point for document turnover from the contractor to the Project Team (PT) and handover to operations
    • Bring to the attention of the Project Team management any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule
    • Perform internal audits within the Project Team and external audits of Contractor and Sub-Contractor teams, and ensure resolution of issues raised
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency on stewarded projects.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
    • Experience working in areas of technical administrative support and document management, including working experience with IT systems and tools
    • Experience working in project technical information management assignments
    • Expert level proficiency in Project Information Management skill area within Oil and Gas Industry
    • Skill and experience in supervision and training of Information Management / Document Control personnel in an Oil and Gas industry project team
    • Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities
    • Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization is desirable
    • High skill in written communications including proven ability to create procedures, guides and training
    • Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills.

    Drilling Project OI Advisor

    Job Summary

    • The Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues.
    • The Advisor serves as a contact for SSHE issues related to Drilling Project-based activities, executing initiatives, developing and executing programs/plans, and responding to requests and questions from the drill team.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Company SSHE representation for the project, in addition to rig sites and rig move and transport operations ensuring full communication of concerns, activities and initiatives
    • Develop and maintain site orientation/induction program
    • Develop programs, plans, initiatives, e.g. Operations SSHE Plan, Drill Team SSHE
    • Leadership Forums, Site Stewardship Plans, Emergency Management Plan, etc.
    • Monitor contractor/service partner compliance with all Company Drilling SSHE requirements and specifically the Drill Team/Rig Operations Safety Plan”, advising contractor/service partner and Operations Superintendents of SSHE issues
    • Conduct oi System (oi) Compliance audits
    • Provide support to rig sites/locations in the event of an incident with regards to reporting, advice on mitigation and prevention methods, etc.
    • Develop and maintain safety related training for contractor work crews
    • Facilitate regular SSHE inspection, assessments and audit on-site in accordance with established Company SSHE programs or as requested by the site team
    • Monitor the safety performance of the sites and report non-conformances
    • Monitor Company safety awareness, recognition and incentive programs
    • Review and coordinate site contractor’s SSHE plans
    • Participate as required in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents
    • Facilitate the Drill Team SSHE safety steering committees
    • Identify trends to develop programs and/or initiatives to promote an injury free work environment
    • Conduct rig inspections with Operations Superintendent and Rig Safety Advisor
    • Continually bring to the forefront of all employees, the Company Vision and how it can be achieved
    • Attend all Drill Team daily/weekly SSHE meetings
    • Relentlessly, aggressively, and proactively address any safety trends and/or safety issues that poses or could pose a risk to the workface

    Requirements

    • Extensive knowledge of Drilling operations/processes and safety regulations
    • Bachelor’s degreeand/or previous experience in a closely related position
    • Extensive organizational and technical judgment skills
    • Consistently demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
    • Exceptional networking and social skills in order to build and maintain solid working relationships
    • Ability to research and communicate general industry standards
    • Demonstrated skills to positively influence drilling workforce - employees and contractors
    • Ability to be effective with minimal supervision
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities and schedules
    • Exceptional skills in MS Office suite of software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
    • Ability to work and communicate in international locales and with diverse cultures
    • Maintains a high degree of ethical conduct.
    • Ability to work in harsh environments (examples include temperature and / or humidity extremes, remote locations)
    • Demonstrated ability (through past successes) to deliver excellence in SSHE performance.
    • Must be fit for duty for a remote offshore / onshore drilling environment (examples include uneven, unpaved walking surfaces, large structures that are accessible only via ladders or stairs)
    • Activities include standing for extended time periods, climbing, bending, walking, reaching, and other physical demands.
