    Marketing Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring smooth workflow across creative, media, strategy, and client servicing teams.
    • Develop, implement, and refine internal processes for campaign planning, tracking, and reporting.
    • Manage the agency’s marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, project management, automation tools) for optimal performance.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and ensure data accuracy for client reports and internal reviews.
    • Lead the coordination of timelines, briefs, and deliverables for marketing campaigns and advertising projects.
    • Support client acquisition and retention by enabling effective lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting processes.
    • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure consistent client experience and timely execution.
    • Track marketing budgets and resources across projects to ensure efficiency and profitability.
    • Identify gaps or bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on marketing and advertising trends and suggest tools or systems to improve performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
    • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and agency workflows.
    • Proficient in project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace).
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with media buying, creative production, and client campaign lifecycles.
    • Data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
    • Experience managing vendor or freelance relationships.

    Executive Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide prompt and safe transportation for the Executive Director to and from meetings, appointments, airport transfers, and other official duties.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Ensure the Executive Director’s daily schedule is supported with timely logistics.
    • Plan routes and account for traffic or weather delays to ensure timely arrival.
    • Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and presentable at all times.
    • Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
    • Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
    • Keep records of vehicle use, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
    • Renew and monitor all vehicle documentation (insurance, license, etc.) on schedule.
    • Occasionally assist with errands, courier duties, and other personal logistics at the Executive Director’s discretion.
    • Maintain a high level of personal grooming and dress appropriately.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate or executive driver.
    • Excellent knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
    • High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
    • Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
