    Marketing Director

    • The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, market share, revenue growth, and customer engagement. This individual will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with the company’s goals and vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Leadership

    • Develop and lead the execution of the company's comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and competitive threats.
    • Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for all marketing initiatives.

    Team Management

    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across functions such as digital, content, communications, product marketing, and creative.
    • Define roles and responsibilities, and manage team workload, budgets, and performance reviews.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

    Brand Management

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and maintain the integrity of the brand’s voice and image.
    • Manage corporate identity and ensure adherence across internal and external communications.

    Digital Marketing & Analytics

    • Drive performance marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
    • Leverage data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategy accordingly.
    • Stay current with digital trends and emerging platforms to ensure marketing approaches remain cutting-edge.

    Product & Customer Marketing

    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
    • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Lead customer research initiatives to understand needs, behaviours, and satisfaction levels.

    Budget & Vendor Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing department budget, ensuring maximum ROI from spend.
    • Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management for marketing services and tools.
    • Track and report on the return of investment (ROI) and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall company goals.
    • Represent marketing in executive meetings, offering insights and data to inform decision-making.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
    • Experience in branding, market research, and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Experience managing large budgets and working with external agencies.

    • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Set company-wide performance targets and ensure tracking mechanisms.
