    Marketing Area Manager

    The Marketing Area Manager is responsible for leading and supervising Medical Representatives within the assigned territory to achieve sales and collections objectives and market expansion. The successful candidate will drive business growth by developing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, coaching team members, and ensuring effective market coverage.

    • Supervise and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned territory.
    • Drive the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales and territory management strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular field coaching and performance evaluations for Medical Representatives.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market intelligence.
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales and market performance reports.
    • Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

    Education

    • B.Sc. in any Science-related discipline.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as an Area Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
    • Must have successfully supervised 5–6 Medical Representatives.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

    Skills And Competencies

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
    • Good knowledge of hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, and the pharmaceutical market.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

    Medical Representative

    The Medical Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and increasing product awareness while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical marketing practices.

    • Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and market coverage objectives.
    • Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
    • Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly field activities.

    Education
