    Market Research Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Executive to support market research and trade development projects.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing industry and company data, as well as supporting research reports and business insights.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
    • 0–3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or similar roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Good research, analytical, and data organization skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

    Job Responsibilities

    Head of Business

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a fast-growing strategic advisory and policy firm, is hiring a Head of Business to drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, standardizing workflows, and building scalable systems across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
    • Standardized workflows, SOPs, and delivery frameworks
    • Oversee operational performance, budgeting, and profitability
    • Implement tools (CRM, ERP, project management systems)
    • Build dashboards and track KPIs for decision-making
    • Drive cross-functional coordination and governance compliance
    • Lead and develop high-performing teams.

    Requirements

    • 8–12 years’ experience in operations, consulting, financial services, or related fields
