Job Summary

• Our client, a fast-growing strategic advisory and policy firm, is hiring a Head of Business to drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, standardizing workflows, and building scalable systems across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Standardized workflows, SOPs, and delivery frameworks
• Oversee operational performance, budgeting, and profitability
• Implement tools (CRM, ERP, project management systems)
• Build dashboards and track KPIs for decision-making
• Drive cross-functional coordination and governance compliance
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 8–12 years’ experience in operations, consulting, financial services, or related fields
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
• Proven experience implementing operational systems and tools
• Strong financial acumen with P&L understanding
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience working in complex, knowledge-driven environments
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Candidates with experience from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms are strongly preferred.
