    Operational Excellence:

    • Strengthen service delivery frameworks, maintenance systems, governance processes, and quality standards across all managed assets.

    • Ensure sound financial management and budgetary control.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus.
    • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
    • Report regularly to the Board on business performance and strategic initiatives.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
    • Strong communication and executive presence.
    • A track record of building high-performing teams and delivering organisational transformation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

    Growth and Partnership Lead

    Role Overview

    • Our client is seeking an exceptional Growth & Partnerships Lead to serve as the Group's principal commercial driver, responsible for converting relationships and engagements into signed mandates across government advisory, investment banking, and SaaS technologies.
    • The role engages presidents, ministers, MDA chief executives, governors, central bank governors, commissioners of finance, DFIs, MDBs, pension fund administrators, and corporate principals.
    • A number of these relationships are already established through the Group's founders and partners; the incumbent will be expected to assume responsibility for them, deepen them, and grow them, while also cultivating new relationships independently. Central to the role is the ability to identify a client's underlying need and determine which part of the Group, or which combination, is best positioned to address it.
    • This is not a transactional  sales function. It is a relationship-led, advisory-oriented role suited to a professional who can secure commercial outcomes through trust and credibility rather than overt selling, and who is equally capable of developing a proposal or pitch deck as presenting it.

    Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

    • Relationship Management & Growth
    • Listening & Solutioning
    • Pipeline & Cross-Sell
    • Proposals, Presentations & Deal Closure
    • Discretion & Confidentiality
    • Team Development

    Requirements
    What We Are Looking For:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
    • Professional Experience: 5–8 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, management consulting, or senior government and institutional relations, ideally with exposure to more than one of: the public sector, capital markets and financial services, or the technology ecosystem.
    • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing meaningful B2G or B2B transactions, including advisory engagements, capital raises, partnerships, or technology deployments.
    • Network: Established relationships with public officials, DFIs/MDBs, financial institutions, or corporate decision-makers across Africa and/or the Middle East, or a demonstrable capacity to build such relationships rapidly.
    • Range: Ability to operate credibly across public finance, capital markets, and technology discussions, without requiring deep technical expertise in any single domain.
    • Discretion: A trustworthy professional who treats deal details, client relationships, and sensitive information as confidential as a matter of course; this is a firm requirement of the role.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capability, with the presence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders and conclude commercial discussions in a manner consistent with the Group's advisory positioning.
    • Operating Style: A self-directed professional capable of managing mandates independently, with equal competence in proposal development and client presentation.
    • Desirable, not required: Familiarity with government procurement processes (tenders, expressions of interest, public bidding), and additional language proficiency such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic, given the Group's engagement across African and Middle Eastern markets.

    • The Executive Operations Assistant serves as the critical strategic enablement anchor for the Managing Director (MD), Partners, and the broader Group delivery engine. Far beyond traditional administrative support, this high-impact role functions as a protective filter, a high-EQ stakeholder liaison, and an operational coordinator.
    • The ideal candidate possesses predictive problem-solving capabilities, flawless narrative delivery, and the agility to manage complex global logistics and special corporate initiatives seamlessly within a fast-paced consulting environment.

    Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

    • Calendar, Travel & Office Operations
    • Strategic Meeting Capture & Follow-Through
    • Stakeholder Coordination, Internal & External
    • Executive Communication & Representation
    • Financial Modelling & Commercial Support
    • Information Systems & Working Smart

    Requirements

    • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations, or another rigorous, analytical field.
    • Professional Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting C-suite executives, managing partners, or senior officials — in consulting, investment banking, government advisory, or another fast-moving professional environment.
    • Real exposure to government institutions, regulators, or DFI counterparts, and a track record that shows people have trusted you with their confidence and let you represent them externally.
    • Listening & Synthesis: Can sit through a dense, fast-moving discussion and afterwards tell someone exactly what was decided and what happens next.
    • Versatility / Range: Moves easily between a financial conversation, a government meeting, and a technical discussion in the same day, without losing footing in any of them.
    • Influence Without Authority: Gets people moving — across teams and outside the organisation — without needing formal authority over them.
    • Communication & Personal Presence: Writes and speaks well, carries a presence that earns trust quickly, and treats confidential information as exactly that.
    • Cross-Cultural Adaptability: Comfortable working across cultures and, ideally, languages; the  work spans Nigeria, Namibia, and other markets, often in the same week.
