Job Summary

• Apple and Pears Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Spare Parts Store Manager to oversee the spare parts inventory, storage, and distribution for our operations in Sagamu.
• The successful candidate will ensure efficient stock management, accurate documentation, and timely availability of parts to support production and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the spare parts store, ensuring accuracy in stock records and documentation.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control and tracking systems to prevent stock-outs or excesses.
• Liaise with procurement, maintenance, and production teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and audits to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Establish and enforce safety, storage, and handling procedures within the store.
• Prepare and present reports on stock movement, consumption trends, and reorder requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience managing a spare parts store, warehouse, or inventory system (manufacturing or FMCG sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of spare parts management, stock control, and ERP/inventory software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Candidate must reside within Sagamu or nearby areas, or be willing to relocate.

Salary

• N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.

Job Summary

• Apple and Pears Limited is looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure all cooling systems operate efficiently to support uninterrupted production and a comfortable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain AC units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and provide effective solutions.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade Test/OND/Technical Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience as an AC Technician (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments).
• Strong knowledge of cooling systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety.
• Must reside in or around Sagamu, Ogun State, or be willing to relocate.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
