    Manager, Communications

    Mission Objective

    • The Communications Department provides strategic and creative services in communications critical to achieving the organization’s mission through fostering effective stakeholder engagement, building brand awareness, and promoting the organization's key messages.
    • Providing overall media support to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s mission.

    Duties & Responsibilities 
    Purpose:

    • Lead digital execution and participate in digital campaigns—across email, website, print and social media—of programmes and projects across offices and Regions throughout the year.
    • Provide strategic leadership to the Communications Team members.
    • Develop and execute a multi-channel communications strategy and plan, driving a coherent and planned approach to producing communication and publications for EHA Clinics.
    • Organize and streamline service offerings into customer friendly concepts
    • Serve as editor, managing the publication process, ensure alignment with overall communications strategy. And leads crisis management in cases of bad publicity.
    • Develop and execute social and print media campaigns for key days, themes, and priority upcoming content.

    Engagement:

    • Prepare and manage all communications material and work in collaboration with the communications team and other functions to ensure consistency of message and alignment of content.
    • Supervise internal communication systems (newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).
    • Develop and deliver a winning communications strategy and work closely with external agencies to plan and deliver proactive media relations, campaigns, as well as work with them to react to emerging/trending news stories when required.
    • Seek regular opportunities for the Leadership Team to engage with major foundations, corporate partners, and other organizations on social media and curate up-to-date lists of key accounts.

     Delivery:

    • Develop and monitor communications calendar, manage communications committees to align and receive prompt feedback on plans. Research and collect information and data for content and communications strategy.
    • Coordinate and vett content for the EHA Clinic’s website including its blog, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for SEO, customer consideration, and conversion.
    • Track and record media mentions related to EHA Clinics’ work
    • Publish a variety of digital content with a focus on producing engaging web pages that are visually appealing and provide an overall rich experience for partners and visitors.
    • Manage social ad campaigns and other promotions; track and share results for continuous improvement to targeting and segments.
    • Ensure a detailed error-free reporting of activities, to the Leadership, occurring in the Communications team for timely and efficient publication on a monthly basis.

    Targeted Specialized Knowledge  

    • A Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is generally required.
    • A master's degree is added advantage.
    • Above 5 years experience in communications, PR, marketing, or media is often required.
    • Excellent ability to craft messages and engage audiences across different platforms.
    • Ability to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with organisation goals.
    • Expertise in PR tactics and maintaining brand consistency
    • This includes experience managing communications campaigns, social media strategies, and public relations efforts.

    Senior Officer, Client Engagement

    Mission Objective

    • The Client Relations department is on a mission to incorporate the principle of total quality to help customers and partners find the right services or products that meet their needs; ensure they are well served, have a great experience and exceed their expectations for a continuous patronage.
    • The Senior Officer, Client Engagement will assist the Client Relations Department in creating and developing long-term relationships with customers that will ensure retention, loyalty and generate revenue.
    • The Senior Officer Client engagement will be required to ensure customer conversions and retention. Senior Officer Client engagement  should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and determine ways to fulfil them.
    • The goal of the Senior Officer Client engagement will be to help the clinic safeguard our revenue and increase the number of our customers and retain them.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Execute Intricate Transactions:
    Purpose:

    • Diligently promote, follow up, close sales/deals, up-sell or cross-sell services and products. Promoting, following up, and closing sales/deals Work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets.
    • Creating plans to identify and address clients’ business needs Follow up on customers’ complaints and develop action plans to meet the identified needs, while liaising with concerned units for corrective action where necessary. Studying competition to retain customers.

    Inform Engagement:

    • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs Ensuring service delivery meets agreed service level agreements and diagnosing and improving service delivery Optimizing customer lifecycle and enhancing effectiveness through technology.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs. Work with the Client Relations Manager, on optimizing customer lifecycle.
    • Collecting client feedback and acting as a point of contact for complaints Continuously seeking ways to improve conversion, processes, and activities Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate complaints and/or feedback to the relevant departments promptly.

    Priortize and Select Delivery:

    • Ensuring adherence to contract terms and meeting sales and revenue targets.
    • Establishing productive relationships with prospects in assigned sectors Ensure both EHA Clinics and our clients adhere to contract terms. Assist in diagnosing service delivery problems and initiate actions to improve levels of service.
    • Assist in enhancing effectiveness and efficiency through tech.

    Targeted Specialized Knowledge

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of proven post NYSC-related experience as a Business Development Executive, Marketing Executive, Customer Success Officer or Client Service Officer.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical distribution industry will be a strong advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Background in customer service, sales and marketing. Completion of compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or exemption.

    Key Areas of Note:

    • Keep up to date with relevant medical research, technology, and evidence-based medical practice by attending continuing education courses and professional meetings, reading journals, etc.
    • Research unusual symptoms and treatment options, through consultation with physicians and other medical specialists.
