    Management Consultant

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for providing human capital management advisory services to clients.
    • Facilitate and develop clients ‘policies on learning and development, recruitment and selection.
    • In addition to project delivery, the role will also include facilitating taught course  presentations, contributing to thought leadership and business development.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Advise clients and strategic partner companies on best human capital management practices.
    • Helps clients strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations.
    • Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies.
    • Perform quality assurance checks.
    • Design and administer clients surveys.
    • Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labour laws.
    • Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation of human resource management policies, procedures, programs and application of related government laws and regulations.
    • Lead HR-related projects.
    • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs.
    • Provide review and approval of requests for reduction –in-force, reorganizations/realignments.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in a Social Science course
    • 8 - 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate services and human resources administration, 3 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm.
    • A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
    • Professional qualifications such as CIPD, CIPM and Project Management certifications are desirable
    • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
    • Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
    • Excellent people and client management skills.
    • Strong project management skills.

    Accountant

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Description

    • You'll play a key role overseeing the Accounts function

    • You will be responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements and Management Accounts and  other ad-hoc financial information. 
    • You will take ownership and respond to Client/Investor queries promptly. 
    • It is essential that you follow the correct processes and procedures to help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, regulations ,industry service standards, company policies and procedures.
    • You will need to have a curious mind and use your initiative to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in Accountancy or other numerate disciplines is essential
    • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience working as an Accountant in a professional office environment either within an accounts department or preferably within an accounting service provider
    • Chartered status with the relevant bodies such as ICAN,ACCA
    • Experience in processing and providing financial information for review
    • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
    • Excellent use of ERP software such as Sage 50 is essential.
