    Maintenance Manager / Engineer - Trucks & Cars

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager/Engineer specializing in Sino, Hyundai & Howo trucks as well as Toyota 4-Runners & Highlander cars.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for trucks and cars.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in Sino, Hyundai, Howo trucks, and Toyota vehicles.
    • Ensure timely repairs and servicing of all company vehicles to minimize downtime.
    • Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.
    • Maintain detailed service records and reports on all maintenance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of spare parts and materials.

    • Professional Membership: Membership of NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) and COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) is a must.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in vehicle maintenance within an FMCG environment, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
    • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Sino, Hyundai, and Howo trucks, as well as Toyota 4-Runners and Highlanders.
