    Lounge Manager

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
    • Provide leadership and ensure excellent guest service is provided by the staff.
    • Ensure the lounge is stocked with necessary consumables within the budget approval to avoid stock out.
    • Ensure all food production meet specifications, and standards set by the organization.
    • Carry out routine inspection/check to ensure equipment are properly maintained.
    • Provide weekly/monthly performance and activities reports.
    • Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
    • Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • OND / HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
    • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity.
    • Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
    • Attention to details and sociable personality.
    • Ability to take ownership of the business and commitment to achieving steady growth.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Scan goods on the sales automation machine and ensure pricing is accurate.
    • Ensure receipt is issued for all items purchase in the store.
    • Track sales transaction on the computer system and report any discrepancies

    Arcade Technician

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Oversee the maintenance of all arcade games.
    • Disassembling and reassembling of arcade games.
    • Carry out test on the games and ensure they are in perfect working condition at all times.
    • Attend to customers’ concern or complaint on any of the arcade games courteously.
    • Guide or give proper explanation of workings of each game to the customers.
    • Maintain adequate record of all repair or maintenance e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • OND in Electrical Engineering or related field.

    • Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.

    Arcade Supervisor

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
    • Guide or give proper explanation of workings of each game to the customers.
    • Ensure customers operate each game in line with standard guidelines.
    • Oversee the maintenance of the arcade games.
    • Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene in the arcade.
    • Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
    • Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
    • Resolve all complaints and concerns of the customers.

    Account Officer (Female)

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statement and management account.

    Superintendent Pharmacist

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • The experienced Superintendent Pharmacist will provide strategic leadership and ensure key deliverables are achieved in our business units
    • Oversee the general administration of the pharmacy store and staff.
    • Ensure proper shelving of drugs and preservation of other products.
    • Ensure standard requirements in terms of display of drugs and other products to facilitate customer purchase.
    • Guide customers on the usage of over the counter medication or drugs.
    • Carry out interpretation/Processing of prescriptions and dispensing medications.
    • Co-ordinate and supervise other pharmacists, and support staff i.e pharmacist technicians, sales attendants and cashiers.
    • Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
    • Maintain inventory and ensure constant availability of stock to avoid stock out.
    • Responsible for all regulatory matters relating to the premises.
    • Preparation and regular updating of standards operating procedures.
    • Liaise with relevant regulatory agencies for effective relationship with the company e.t.c.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • B.Pharm from any recognized university.
    • Minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar capacity.
    • Be a registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
    • Attention to details and sociable personality.
    • Ability to make well informed presentation on the activities of the business.
    • Computer savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Pharmacist

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
    • Ensure standard requirements in terms of display of drugs and other products to facilitate customer purchases.
    • Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.
    • Ensure safe storage of products.

    Facility Officer

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Carry out basic maintenance and repair on the building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
    • Tracking of faults and ensuring they are fixed within a reasonable time frame.
    • Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all equipment at the Mall.
    • Carry out installation and maintenance.
