Summary of Responsibilities
- To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
- Provide leadership and ensure excellent guest service is provided by the staff.
- Ensure the lounge is stocked with necessary consumables within the budget approval to avoid stock out.
- Ensure all food production meet specifications, and standards set by the organization.
- Carry out routine inspection/check to ensure equipment are properly maintained.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance and activities reports.
- Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Academic Qualification and Skills
- OND / HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.

- Ensure proper shelving of drugs and preservation of other products.
