    Logistics Officer

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun, Nigeria
    Department: Supply Chain & Logistics

    Job Description

    • Planning and monitoring of Tankers/Trucks as per dispatch plan.
    • Coordination with Warehouse and Tank form team for loading of tankers/trucks/containers.
    • Coordination with QA/SGS team for the inspection of Tankers/Trucks/Containers.
    • Processing of DO/Invoice/COA documents and handover to respective driver/transporter.
    • Sealing of Oil tankers and export containers.
    • Pics of Empty/Stuffed Cargo and maintain the records for future reference.
    • Circulation of daily dispatch report and In transit report to management.
    • Monitor compliance with the preparation of the files on the deadlines.
    • Assist in the subject of customer complaints and provide the required information.
    • Generate reports on transportation services to clients and third parties weekly.
    • Troubleshoot the system with respect to settlement and freight bills/ Advances.
    • Perform other duties related to the position as specified by the Supervisor.
    • Responsible for the safety compliance implementation for all 3PL partners.
    • Responsible for the QMS for Logistics function.
    • Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum qualification of HND or BSc in relevant field
    • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

    Additional Information:

    • Sound knowledge of SAP
    • Good understanding of Logistics and distribution procedures
    • Good understanding of GMP/Safety Norms
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

    Electrical Manager

    Job Description

    • Ensure electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
    • Meet electrical maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, security console, and mail conveyor system.
    • Wire work station cubicles by studying blueprints; laying-out circuitry for common and dedicated electrical outlets; providing raceways for telephone communications.
    • Provide lighting by maintaining electrical lighting fixtures.
    • Provide engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
    • Comply with codes by adhering to requirements; advising senior management on needed actions.
    • Maintain supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material; reviewing and approving invoices;
    • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
    • Enhance facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Ensure electrical maintenance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • B.Tech / B.Sc or HND Electrical
    • 8-10 years working experience in the field of Electrical maintenance in heavy industry
