    Job Overview

    • As an In-House Lawyer at our client's banking institution, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support on a wide range of matters.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization operates within the legal framework, while also advising on legal strategies to mitigate risk and support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal advice on banking operations, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
    • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry and ensure the organization's compliance.
    • Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as necessary.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide strategic legal advice.
    • Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes.
    • Manage regulatory compliance and ensure the bank's adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
    • Handle litigation matters when necessary and engage with external legal counsel.
    • Provide legal support and guidance to the bank on a wide range of matters.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).

    Personal Assistant

    • As a Personal Assistant at our client's esteemed banking institution, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support to key executives.
    • The successful candidate will be adept at managing tasks with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and other events; coordinate logistics and materials.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Qualifications
