    Sales Representative (PVC Pipe)

    Summary of Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed both monthly and annual revenue targets within the PVC pipe industry.
    • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential customers, including contractors, distributors, and construction companies in need of PVC pipe solutions.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and loyalty.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities within the PVC pipe market.
    • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients, showcasing the advantages of PVC pipes over alternative solutions.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts, ensuring detailed tracking of progress towards sales targets.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote PVC pipe products, increase brand visibility, and generate new leads.
    • Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of PVC pipe orders, meeting customer expectations for product availability and service quality.

    Academic Qualification and Skills 

    • HND/Bsc in Social Science or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within the PVC pipes industry or a similar field.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment.

    Candidate residing in Ibadan or willing to relocate.

    Human Resources and Admin Assistant

    Summary Of Responsibilities 

    • Provide support to the Human Resources and Administrative Officer in daily operations.
    • In the absence of the secretary, manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle telephone calls.
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documents and materials.
    • Monitor office supplies and inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure availability of necessary materials.

    Head, Sales and Marketing

    Summary of Responsibilities 

    • Manage and oversee the commercial operations of the company, ensuring the efficient execution of sales and marketing activities across the business chains.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
    • Create brand visibility and awareness across Nigeria through targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

    • Minimum of 5 years working experience/exposure in Sales and Marketing in Commodity sales or FMCG. 
    • Ability to generate marketing leads in the two operational locations and across Nigeria.
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset.
    • A result driven personality and excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills. 

    The job requires travel to and from our two operational locations, namely Ibadan and Ilorin, as well as other regions in Nigeria.

    Account Officer

    Summary of Responsibilities 

    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Reconcile bank statements regularly, verifying the accuracy of all financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
    • Ensure that all accounting transactions are conducted in accordance with established best practices and company protocols.
    • Prepare and present periodic financial statements, ensuring they accurately reflect all accounting transactions and provide a true picture of the company’s financial status.
    • Perform daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments, including cash and electronic payments, to verify the accuracy of transactions from all business units.
    • Monitor and enforce financial discipline and prudence, ensuring that all transactions are carried out responsibly and efficiently 
    • The job requires travel to and from our two operational locations, namely Ibadan and Ilorin e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills 

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting/Accountancy or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity in a structured working environment. 
    • ACA will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret financial records. .
    • High level of Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Attention to details and good record management.
    • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
