    Head, Sales and Marketing

    Summary of Responsibilities 

    • Manage and oversee the commercial operations of the company, ensuring the efficient execution of sales and marketing activities across the business chains.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
    • Create brand visibility and awareness across Nigeria through targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to enhance brand positioning.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.
    • Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI to the Executive.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills 

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in Social Science or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience/exposure in Sales and Marketing in Commodity sales or FMCG. 
    • Ability to generate marketing leads in the two operational locations and across Nigeria.
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset.
    • A result driven personality and excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills. 

    The job requires travel to and from our two operational locations, namely Ibadan and Ilorin, as well as other regions in Nigeria.
