Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Officer with hands-on expertise in printer repairs, LAN and WAN connections, troubleshooting and problem-solving, and ERP systems, specifically Tally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s computer systems, ensuring smooth network connectivity, and supporting the IT needs of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printer & Accessories Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs of printers, scanners, and other computer peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to printers and other IT accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs or replacements.
- Network Management:
- Ensure the proper setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connections.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, optimizing the efficiency of the network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and implement solutions to enhance speed, security, and reliability.
- ERP (Tally) Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Tally ERP software and its integration with other company systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Tally software, including updates, configurations, and data accuracy.
- Assist with Tally software training for employees, ensuring efficient usage of the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to resolve any ERP-related issues.
- IT Troubleshooting & Support:
- Respond to IT-related service requests from staff and address issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and applications.
- Ensure the proper functioning of company software and systems by conducting routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain a detailed log of all IT repairs, incidents, and support tickets.
- Provide periodic reports to the IT Manager regarding system performance, network issues, and repairs.
- Ensure all IT equipment is properly inventoried and tracked.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with printer and accessory repairs, and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Tally.
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software diagnostics and solutions.
- Good understanding of network protocols, routers, and switches.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Onitsha and work onsite at the company headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

The Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of company products to customer locations across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, be familiar with vehicle maintenance and care, and possess excellent driving skills. A basic knowledge of truck repairs is an added advantage, as the driver will also be responsible for ensuring the proper care, maintenance, and minor repairs of the assigned vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Transport of Goods:
- Safely drive company truck to deliver products to customers across various states.
- Ensure products are securely loaded and unloaded, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery.
- Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures while driving.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Care:
- Perform routine checks on the truck, including oil levels, tire pressure, brake functionality, and overall vehicle condition.
- Ensure the truck is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Coordinate with the fleet manager for necessary repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Report any mechanical issues or vehicle damage immediately for prompt attention.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and mileage.
- Complete delivery documentation, including proof of delivery (POD) and other required forms.
- Keep track of fuel consumption and report any discrepancies in fuel usage.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are up to date.
- Customer Interaction & Service:
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Assist in the unloading and delivery of products, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
- Address any customer concerns or issues related to delivery in a professional manner.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
- Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle operation, cargo handling, and road safety.
- Ensure that the vehicle meets all health and safety regulations and that products are delivered in a safe and secure manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with long-distance driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with the appropriate class (e.g., CDL or similar)
- Good driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to operate large trucks and navigate various road conditions safely.
- Strong knowledge of basic truck maintenance and repair.
- Ability to load, unload, and secure products safely.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical skills for minor truck repairs and troubleshooting.
- Experience in the transportation of steel or other heavy materials.
