    Financial Analyst-Procurement

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
    •  Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
    •  Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
    •  Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery) • Oversee inventory procedures
    •  Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
    • Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards
    •  Ownership of financial reporting & KPIs, specifically including stock provisions, disposals, write offs, inventory reviews & intake / inventory forecasting.
    •  Process consolidation/improvement to optimise all aspects of Inventory & Reverse Logistics commercial management & review
    • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
    • Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance

    REQUIREMENTS

    Graduate with Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting,Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management), Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (Navision), Medium to advance skill level in Excel, Experience in financial processes.

    Procurement Manager(Food Manufacturing)

    Requirements

    • Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
    • Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
    • Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
    • Monitor and control and further update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
    • Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
    • Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favourable to the company
    • Attend CFT meetings with the legal team, engineering team, vendors and suppliers
    • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
    • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
    • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
    • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
    • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
    • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
    • Preparing procurement reports.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidates must have proven work experience as Procurement Manager in a food manufacturing company.
    •  A Degree (Preferably Finance or Engineering)
    • Minimum of Ten (10) Years’ experience in Procurement of RM/PM material, Expert in inventory management, Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (Navision)
    •     Ms Excel proficient.

    Procurement Officer(Construction)

    Job Description:

    • Get quotations from company's approved vendors
    • Evaluate and negotiate with vendor on material pricing
    • Carry out market price analysis
    • Prepare purchase orders as per approved requisitions & quotation
    • Procurement of materials based on approved purchase order
    • Ensure materials purchased are of company standard quality
    • Liase and follow up with vendors for smooth delivery of materials
    • Maintaining and updating supplier information on the company data base

    Age: 25 - 35years

    Minimum Academic Qualification: BSC/HND

    Minimum years of post-academic working experience: 2years

    Required Experience Industry: Construction industry
