    Senior Treasury Analyst

    Role Description

    • Our Client is looking for a sharp, strategic finance professional to take charge of compliance, investments, budgeting, treasury, and data analytics. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring their finances are rock solid, their investments are performing, and leadership has the insights to make confident decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cash management and forecasting
    • Managing bank relationships and accounts
    • Analyzing and managing financial risk
    • Developing and implementing treasury policies
    • Providing financial data and insights to support business decisions

    Senior Sales Executive

    Summary

    • Our Client, an Asset Management Company is seeking a proactive, performance-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their Securities Trading team. 
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in the company’s revenue growth by expanding institutional and high-net-worth individual (HNI) client portfolios.
    •  The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, originating and closing transactions, and deepening client relationships to increase Assets Under Management (AUM), brokerage income, and cross-sell opportunities across the Group. 
    • This senior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic sales team and engage directly with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients for securities trading products.
    • Manage and grow assigned client portfolios through consistent engagement and superior service delivery.
    • Execute sales strategies that align with business goals and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the capital market.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and increased trading activity.

    • Sound knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and trading operations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
    • Professional certifications such as CIS (Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers) or SEC-authorized representative license will be an added advantage.

    Asset and Liability Manager

    • Our Client in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Asset & Liability Manager (ALM) to join their Treasury team.
    • This role is critical in managing the firm’s balance sheet exposures, liquidity position, and funding strategies, ensuring optimal alignment between assets and liabilities. The ideal candidate will provide strong analytical support to the trading team, mitigate risks, and contribute directly to the firm’s overall profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute ALM strategies that support the firm’s trading and investment objectives.
    • Monitor and optimize liquidity positions, interest rate risk, and funding requirements across portfolios.
    • Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and treasury teams to manage both short-term cash flows and long-term funding structures.
    • Ensure full compliance with relevant local and international regulatory requirements relating to ALM, liquidity, and capital adequacy.
    • Provide the trading desk with insightful risk and performance analysis that enhances profitability while minimizing exposure to market and liquidity risks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or any related field.
    • Professional certifications ICAN is an added advantage

    Experience

    • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Asset & Liability Management, Treasury, or Balance Sheet Management, preferably within asset management, investment banking, or capital markets.
    • Strong background in trading desk operations, liquidity management, and risk management.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing complex ALM strategies in a fast-paced environment
