    Store Keeper

    Job Summary:

    Our Client is a major player in the Fashion industry is seeking to hire a Store Keeper who will ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the checking of all deliveries against the packing sheet and any discrepancies are duly noted.
    • Oversee the update of the computerized purchase order with the delivery details
    •  Ensures stock is only placed into storage once approval has been provided.
    • Oversee the preparation of all merchandise prior to delivery to the stores
    • Supervise daily cleanup and general housekeeping of warehouse.
    • Receiving of Raw Material and Packing Material with regards to the SOP.
    • Prepare and Maintain Stock as per FIFO System.
    • Prepare weekly report of stores.
    • Prepare daily dispatch details and keep the track of dispatch goods

    Qualification & Experience

    • First-degree holder from a reputable university
    •  A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail and Storekeeping
    • Excellent knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

    Required Skills

    • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must be able to work well under pressure
    • Perform work at a high level of competence and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold work standards.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    Our Client is a major player in the Fashin industry is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will proactively provide timely, well-organized and professional administrative, logistic and secretarial support to the Office of the CEO and manage and monitor CEO’s appointments, calendar, upcoming commitments and travel arrangements to ensure the CEO’s schedule is efficient and organized.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO: screening visitors, telephone calls, enquiries and requests - handling such and escalating when appropriate.
    • Pro-active planning of the CEO’s schedule via effective Diary Management on behalf of the CEO
    • Represent the CEO on various projects and proactively provide informative & timely reports.
    • Collaborate with executives and staff on special projects, including but not limited to Business Conduct research to ensure projects become the greatest success possible. Prepare reports based on research results.
    • Manage projects and other strategic initiatives with oversight on behalf of the CEO, including project plans, preparing project meeting agendas, identifying risk areas and budgeting.
    • Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings time by reading, researching, collating and analyzing needed information and data, assisting with the preparation of presentation materials, ensure the CEO is well-prepared and possesses the relevant information and documentation to guarantee the CEO’s optimal effectiveness at meetings.
    • Manage the practical and administrative requirements for organizational meetings as required, including booking and preparation of appropriate internal or external venue(s), sourcing requisite furniture, equipment, refreshments and entertainment where appropriate.

    Qualification & Experience

    • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Postgraduate degrees or certification in ICSAN, CIA will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position

    JOB SUMMARY

     Our Client in the Fashion industry is seeking to hire a Fashion Consultant who will develop innovative ideas that will assist the marketing team and positively impact the company’s bottom line, and develop sales strategy in alignment with business objectives and targets.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The ideal candidate will analyze suitable colours, cuts and silhouettes for clients
    • Document, manage and track clients’ fabrics • Keep the MD’s design schedule
    •  Select suitable fabric for designs
    • Candidate is expected to research current Fashion trends and fabrics
    • Coordinate and help the Showroom manager achieve all fashion-related goals
    • Concept ideation, planning and execution of all photoshoots and marketing activities
    •  Ensure the showroom is always clean and presentable
    • Flag whatever defaults or damages in the showroom to the appropriate authority
    • Attend fittings and communicate possible required alterations to Production unit. 

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • A good University Degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales & marketing in a similar position

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Discernible ability to take charge of sales and marketing campaigns by organizing and managing resources in such a way that those resources deliver all the work required to prosecute such campaigns within defined scope and time, and ensure that the aims of the campaign are achieved.
    • Excellent knowledge of fashion market terrain
    • Good knowledge of records/data administration
    • Superior writing, oral, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
