    Head of HR/Corporate Services

    Job Summary

    Our Client is a major player in the Fashion Industry is seeking to hire Head of HR/Corporate Services. the Sucessful candidate to carry out market research activities, including market analysis, create reports for the executive management and set-up primary research projects., and plan, direct, and coordinate human resource functions of the organization to maximize the use of its human resources and champion strategic human resources operations; while giving administrative directions.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all research activities required to provide necessary information to support business decisions for existing businesses and potential businesses/ventures.
    • Provide leadership support in the area of corporate/strategic planning, execution, and business performance monitoring 
    • Provide direction in office management with the responsibilities of administrative and logistics tasks.
    • To ensure all facilities and equipment belonging to the company are well maintained – regularly
    • Oversee the development of long- and short-term business goals, objectives and targets as part of the planning and budgeting process
    • Act as chief advisor and strategist providing needed support to the Managing Director to attain strategic goals and objectives
    • Communicate key information to all stakeholders across the company as regards marketplace needs, the competitive environment, cost management etc.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
    • Minimum of 8 years work experience with at least 3 years in strategy and planning in similar positions/industry
    • A post-graduate degree (e.g. MBA) and professional qualification membership in CIPMN and its equivalent

    Required Skills

    • Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be self -starter, smart and result-oriented
    • Must be able to work well under pressure
    • Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold work standards.
    • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
