Please note that inventory officers would be on Morning and Night shift. Morning shift: 8am-6pm, Night shift: 8pm-6am respectively.

JD: Inventory Officer:

• To verify and document production yield quantity per shift.
• To verify and document bread outputs quantity.
• To verify the approved bread weight measurement.
• To confirm compliance with stated bakery procedures and policies.
• All supply confirmation.
• Stock and raw material verification.
• Working closely with the CEO to carry out special assignments as the need arise.

JD: Admin/Operations Manager:

• Customers complaints/feedback management.
• Staff management
• Managing both the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of all bakery assets. 
• Ensure the bakery is always clean.
• Supervision of all units to confirm their efficiency. And report anomalies immediately they are spotted.
• Attending to suppliers, visitors or government officials.
• Ensuring availability and distribution of raw materials within the bakery. 
• Liaising with the government official or other bodies and ensuring proper reporting and identification of their requirements as the case maybe.
• Confirmation of item prices for motor vehicle parts, plant and machinery parts and other items as the need arise.
• Supply confirmation
• Working closely with the CEO to carry out special assignments as the need arise.
