Automotive Technician

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proficient technician to join our growing team. The candidate should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of technical tools. Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on automotive vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for faulty parts
• Analyze and diagnose mechanical issues
• Create a plan of action for all repairs
• Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs
• Responsible for inspecting and repairing technical faults in automobiles.
• Specialize in testing individual components of a vehicle to determine the issue, fix it using diagnostic software technology, and perform preventive maintenance to enhance performance.
• Perform standard inspection, problem-solving, customer service, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with car engines, transmissions, drive belts, and other integrated computerized diagnostic tools.
• Support coworkers and be a good team player
• Follow all health and safety laws and guidelines, as well as common-sense safety practices

Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma working experience
• 4 years’ experience
• Vocational/trade school certification preferred
• Expert in welding, installation, and automotive knowledge.
• Ability to employ a wide variety of hand and power tools
• Can provide effective maintenance for modern vehicle systems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of advanced repair and diagnostic technology.
• Familiarity with common mechanic's tools, service, and diagnostic equipment
• Attention to detail, coordinated and dexterous
• Clear communicator, and excellent customer service skills
• Efficient and innovative worker

• Must be willing to work Saturdays
• Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Answer incoming calls and messages across all social media handles
• Coordinate and relay scheduled appointments for customers
• Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction expectations at or above company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work six days per week  
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Understand Automotive Jargon
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Valid Government approved credentials
• Must be TEAM-oriented
• Must be competent with popular computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel)

Froshtech Automotive is looking to hire a website and social media manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). The selected candidate is expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, be creative, and have fantastic content creation and writing skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following

• Creating and posting content to the company website and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram,
• Evaluating performance metrics and analytics for online platforms,
• Recommending courses of action for paid and organic search and advertisement
• Ensuring brand consistency across platforms through graphics design, video creation, Video editing, and live streaming

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work six days per week  
• Display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.
• Competence in troubleshooting websites and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.
• Understand Automotive Jargon and be a car enthusiast
