    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the technology solutions space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into paying customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

    This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
    • Support post-sale client engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology or telecom.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
