Customer Service Representative at Froshtech Automotive

Froshtech Automotive is growing and we are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Auto Workshop.

• Must be willing to work Saturdays
• Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Answer incoming calls and messages across all social media handles
• Coordinate and relay scheduled appointments for customers
• Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction expectations at or above company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work six days per week  
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Understand Automotive Jargon
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Valid Government approved credentials
• Must be TEAM-oriented
• Must be competent with popular computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel)
• Graduate (HND OR BSc)

Job Experience: at least 3 years

Work Location: Jakande roundabout, Lekki/Epe Expressway, Lagos State
