    Sales Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • As a Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, service, product expansion, account implementation and customer support.

    Typical Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
    • Participate in sales presentation to describe account management process and assist in bid process for preferred vendor when requested.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization.
    • Share information with fellow Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management.

    Qualification & Experience

    • First Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field
    • 5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated involvement working in supervisory role.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing all digital channels for the subsidiaries, creating advertising campaigns on promotions and generating leads while improving traffic to websites and other digital channels.

    Typical Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage the digital media marketing strategy for each subsidiary focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

    Sales Support Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • The Sales Support Analyst supports the Sales Department by reviewing the Request for Proposal from the sales team to evaluate the product, service costs, and retail pricing to ensure the business will be profitable for the company and competitive in the marketplace.

    Typical Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales staff, including filing the necessary paperwork, and RFP.
    • Communicate frequently with sales account managers, and executives to develop and implement new methods and procedures for increasing sales, promoting brand awareness, encouraging customer loyalty, and expanding market territory.
