    Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

    Mission Objective 

    The distribution warehouse department is committed to providing high quality and cost-effective products and services to our valued partners and customers in line with our organization’s mission and vision.

    The pharmaceutical sales representative is responsible for promoting the sale of cost-effective and high quality healthcare products to meet departmental and organizational goals. He/she actively engages with trade customers and healthcare professionals to build trust, drive sales growth, and foster long-term business relationships. Additionally, he/she provides accurate product information, promptly addresses customer needs, and ensures the timely delivery of supplies.

    Duties  And Responsibilities 

    PURPOSE

    • Examine delivery of Pharmaceutical services for consistency and conformity with established guidelines/approaches;
    • Identify and recruit community pharmacies and PPMVs as screening centers.
    • Reconcile data related to service delivery, identify areas/challenges to sustaining service and standards;
    • Promote eye screening initiatives and uptake of reading glasses by community and patent medicine stores.

    ENGAGEMENT

    • Work with the warehouse team to develop and implement strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message, sales growth, and increased portfolio liquidation.
    • Build positive trust relationships with healthcare partners to influence targeted groups in the decision-making process.
    • Assess interested premises and coordinate training of pharmacy staff on eye screening.
    • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits as required.

    DELIVERY

    • Anticipate operational and systematic issues affecting timely delivery of services (specify area) that sustain continuity in the provision of service
    • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting, feedback, and strategy planning.

    Targeted Specialized Knowledge 

    • A minimum of a Bachelor\\\'s degree.
    • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Product Sales  and promotion in the Northern Part of Nigeria with proven customer relationships.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Customer service skills.

    Senior Coordinator, Talent Management

    The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management provides essential support to ensure the seamless execution of all talent programs. S/he is responsible for performance management, employee development, and succession planning. And he is passionate about creating a positive employee experience through career progression.

    Duties And Responsibilities            

    PURPOSE

    • Guide the implementation and maintenance of our Talent Management systems (eLearning System, Performance Software).
    • Identify/determine opportunities to streamline talent processes and improve the overall employee and manager experience.
    • Oversee the annual skills and performance review process, including system configuration, timeline communication, and reporting.
    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Talent Management cycle, goal/KPI setting, and staff review feedback.

    ENGAGEMENT

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding the performance management system and process.
    • Advise managers on training needs and track training participation and evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and data analysis.
    • Recommend and create clear communications, guides, and training materials to promote talent programs
    • Provide direct support to the People and Culture Manager in preparing presentations for senior leadership on talent management.

    DELIVERY

    • Generate regular, timely and ad-hoc reports on talent metrics (promotion rates, succession readiness, program completion) to provide actionable insights on business strategy and partnership.
    • Track participation and report on the effectiveness of development programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate talent data, including succession slates, high-potential employee lists, and development plans.
    • Ensure data integrity across all talent management systems. And coordinate talent data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

     Targeted Specialized Knowledge

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in an HR coordination role, with direct exposure to talent management, performance management, or learning and development.
    • Proficiency in talent management principles (performance management, career development, succession planning). Experience with coordinating training or company-wide events. And ability to interpret data and create basic reports.
    • Familiarity with HRIS or Talent Management systems (Odoo). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
