    Executive Assistant

    Salary:  N 300,000
    Report To: Managing Director   

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director to ensure efficient daily operations.
    • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare accurate reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an efficient and secure manner.
    • Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal departments, clients, and partners.
    • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
    • Plan, coordinate, and take minutes for meetings, ensuring follow-up on assigned actions.
    • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expenses, and financial documents as needed.
    • Support project tracking, reporting, and execution of special assignments initiated by the MD.
    • Manage office operations and support logistics for company events, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
    • Perform general administrative duties and ensure professional front-office management.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Report To: CEO  

    Salary:  N 700,000 

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business goals.
    • Advise the CEO and executive team on financial implications of strategic decisions.
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
    • Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax, and general ledger.
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
    • Manage working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
    • Establish internal controls and ensure they are effectively implemented.
    • Oversee audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
    • Evaluate funding requirements and manage relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
    • Assess and manage risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, or major capital investments.
    • Develop strategies for managing debt, equity, and liquidity.
    • Lead and mentor finance department staff, including finance managers, accountants, and analysts.
    • Build a high-performing finance team to support growth and efficiency.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and ethical financial practices.
    • Present financial results, forecasts, and KPIs to the board of directors and investors.
    • Use financial modeling and data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
    • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (required).
    • Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (preferred).
    • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CFA) is required.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience with financial strategy, business forecasting, and capital management.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

    Required Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership and team coordination ability.
    • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    • Proven ability to solve complex accounting and operational issues.
