    Territory Sales Manager (B2C)

    Industry: FMCG – Spices, Seasoning, Sauces and Meat Solutions

    Location: Ibadan

    Our client, a leading food and spices manufacturing company, is looking to hire an experienced Territory Sales Manager to develop a sales plan and sales strategy for a territory that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with the Zonal Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager manages the sale of the company's products and services in defined geographical areas. To achieve consistent, profitable growth in sales volume and revenue through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. The Territory Sales Manager role is also to establish and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel. To develop customer relationships and intimacy.

    Responsibilities:

    • To prepare a sales plan with a road map to achieve the planned business objectives through identification and tapping new business opportunities; with profit responsibility.

    Product Manager (Marketing & Digital Marketing)

    Qualifications

    • Engineer (BSc - Electronics & Communications) / MBA from tier-II colleges preferred.
    • Others with relevant experience in companies of repute can also be considered
    • Should have worked in a TELCO recently. Candidates with experience in a TELCO and BroadBand would be preferred.
    • The person must be a self–starter and should have the ability to work on his own

    Engraving Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Measurement and dimensions computation of lettering, designs, or patterns to be engraved.
    • Supervise the engraved designs, text, or other markings onto materials
    • Determine engraving is correct by checking information from quality assurance.
    • Ensuring proper maintenance of machine to avoid breakdown.
    • Ensuring proper cleaning and housekeeping on workshop.
    • Performs other related assignments/duties as required and assigned

    Shipping Operation Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Efficiency planning and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects shipping and related operations.

    • Requiring a “Tour Ready” and safe work area and securing building/operations at end of shift.
    • Also provide advice to vessels and fleet management on cargo requirements, tank cleaning, stability and stress and to maintain all statutory requirements for the vessel in this field.
