- Good communication skills
- Understanding of #itil processes
- Adhere to audit & compliance
- Knowledge on patching
- Automations
- Scripting knowledge in any lang
- Knowledge on #LDOM, #PDOM
- Basic #db understanding
- Knowledge on virtualization
- Understanding of #dockers & #containers
