Responsibilities

• Installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting systems, and electrical panels.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, appliances, and equipment
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians and colleagues to complete projects and resolve issues
•  Perform other functions as may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of SSCE, NABTEB or OND
• Other Qualification: Trade-test I, II & III or any other relevant qualification
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience in  a serviced environment providing electrical installation and maintenance practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HSE (Toolbox-talk, JHA, Risk assessment)
• Experience operating electrical tools and equipment such as multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders, soldering and fault-testing equipment.   Attention to detail and accuracy in performing electrical work.
• Good problem solving skills.

• Responsible for implementation of Periodic Maintenance of all Plumbing installation and equipment
• Carry out corrective maintenance or repair of Plumbing installation and equipment to standard especially the latest edition of the International Plumbing Code and acceptable functional state
• Intervene in any important and urgent issues required Central Intervention Team
• Keep and update records of any maintenance carry-out on Plumbing installation and equipment
• Liaise and analyze each job assignment and follow up/consult line-head to ensure materials are available
• Complete work orders inclusive of an inventory of Labour and materials needed for each job
• Arrange for the proper disposition and follow up/report the status of all requests until completion
• Support the line-head in performing the required work for all types of repairs and maintenance
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the facility manager

Qualification

• Minimum of O’ Level qualification
• Trade-test I, II & III/NTC/ NABTEB is a must-have
• 4 - 6 years of experience as a plumber
• Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance practices
• Experience working in a Facility Management Company
• Good hands-on practical experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good documentation skills (i.e., report, hand-over, or duty note)
• Good troubleshooting (defect identification) and rectification

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Services Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of training programs for internal staff and external participants. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing training curricula, facilitating learning sessions, and driving the growth of our training services. In addition, the candidate will contribute to evaluating business performance through business scorecards, managing customer experience functions, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula, modules, and calendars tailored for internal staff and external participants.
• Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions to meet organizational goals and participant needs.
• Regularly update training materials to align with industry best practices and emerging trends in facility management.

Participant Sourcing and Engagement:

• Collaborate with the line manager to identify and source external participants for training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and partners to expand the training portfolio.
• Evaluate feedback from training participants to enhance the quality of programs.

Performance Evaluation and Data Analysis:

• Use business scorecards and Management by Objectives (MBO) frameworks to evaluate organizational and individual performance.
• Analyze data to assess training effectiveness and business performance, providing actionable recommendations to management.

Customer Experience Management:

• Oversee the customer experience function, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for training participants.
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to address participant concerns and improve service delivery.

Quality Management Systems (QMS):

• Ensure training programs and related activities align with organizational Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of training processes to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience as a Training Supervisor, Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a facility management environment.
• Strong experience in developing training curricula and facilitating training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business performance using scorecards and MBO frameworks.
• Proven expertise in data analysis to drive performance improvement.
• Experience managing customer experience functions and maintaining QMS.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills expressed both verbally and in writing
• Sound report writing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of facility management industry standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management Support:

• Assist field facility managers, supervisors, and technicians with day-to-day operational needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to address facility management challenges on-site.
• Collaborate with the Facility and Project Operations Lead to improve operational efficiency.

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administration:

• Oversee the backend administration of the CMMS platform, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of work orders, asset information, and service requests.
• Generate reports and insights from CMMS to support decision-making.

Deployment of Non-managers:

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of technicians to various sites based on operational needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare site manning reports, highlighting workforce distribution and performance metrics.

Administrative Duties:

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of operational reports from facility managers.
• Maintain and organize documentation related to facility management operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a facility management role or similar position.
• Proficiency in data analytical tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI.
