    Regional Sales Representative

    Experience Level: Middle level

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for selling company products and services through resellers/channels in assigned territory.
    • Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
    • Liaising between the organization and subsequent channel partners to maximize the utility of the partnership
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

    Requirements

    • Degree / Diploma in Civil / Chemical Engineering or other relevant course
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience at within the construction chemical industry
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and local languages.
    • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and right attitude
    • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical people at all levels.
    • Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Previous experience in relevant industry.
    • Minimum Qualification BA/BSc/HND, degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture is an added advantage.

    Salary
    NGN70,000 - NGN100, 000 monthly + Incentives.

    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop business strategies and plans ensuring alignment with short term and long term  goals.
    • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results consistent with overall strategy.
    • Review bids for completeness, accuracy and responsiveness.
    • Prepare Selection Memos, Purchase Orders, and Subcontracts and ensure proper documentation is collected throughout the procurement process.
    • Prepare modifications to documentation based on adjustments made during the procurement process.
    • Prepare complete backup documentation for procurement purchases & submit to the Accounts Team.
    • Confer with vendors and suppliers (local, regional and international sources) to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule. Also, obtain estimate value of goods and services through multiple quotations from reliable and competitive suppliers.
    • Conduct cost reasonability analyses.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility operations/project Management at the mid to upper levels of an organization.
    • Experience managing projects in a construction industry
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing short- and long-term subcontracts.
    • Demonstrated experience in negotiating for best value for money.
    • Proficiency in working effectively as part of a team is required.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Customer-service oriented.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft office suite, odoo ERP software or other related software.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required.
    • Must be willing to travel extensively.

    Technical Sales Manager

    Industry: Construction Chemicals

    Experience Level: Senior level

    Requirement:

    • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Chemical Engineering with relevant recognized formal education
    • 10 years’ experience at managerial level within the construction chemical industry
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and local languages.
    • Excellent Communication, Organizational and Operational skills
    • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and right attitude
    • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical people at all levels.
    • Previous experience of formal classroom training desirable or high-level coaching

    • Job Responsibilities
    • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
    • Design and deliver technical training and continuous development initiatives. Closely work with Sales and Marketing counterparts to ensure product launch, exhibitions, events are well supported and product support readiness internally and with distributors is aligned with company directions.
    • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management
    • To support and actively lead internal projects as designated by Technical Support Manager.
    • To Manage nominated distributors and customers in nominated countries (Nigeria, Ghana & Ivory coast) with close communication and relationship to enhance the service deliverables to Customers.
    • Coordinating any technical forums and presentations within the country
    • Establish and maintain a customer relations management database and develop good customerrelationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
    • Executes tactical action plans as set by the department
    • Work with Managers and internal teams to convert identified business opportunities and achieve targeted business goals
    • Provides technical expertise to the company offered technology, tools, and on customer technical- related business needs.
    • Coordinate with Business Development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities
    • Gather accurate information on competition activities on regular basis and produce Market share report on a quarterly basis
    • Any other assigned duties.
